Cassanova was foaled around 8 am on January 1st, 2008. We checked on mom after all of the fireworks and she showed no sign of going into labor any time soon. Boy did she surprise us at the morning feeding! Cassanova is a blue roan and will be registered half-arabian. He has been DNA tested and is Eeaa, which makes him a true blue roan! Sweet Soft Shoe delivered a beautiful black (Ee/aa) filly in the afternoon on Sunday, February 25, 2007. The filly has a star and snip and is VERY tall!. This is a full sister to our 2005 solid black Appendix filly Moonlit Parradice by Preferred Platinum. Sweet Soft Shoe was a retired race mare and broke her maiden in a $32,000 claiming race.
