Hollywood Dream is our new AQHA Stallion prospect. He is a Gold Dun Champagne which means he carries both the Dun and the Champagne dilution genes! In addition, he has been UC Davis verified as Homozygous for the Dun Gene. This means that no matter what color mare he is bred to, the resulting foal will ALWAYS be dun!
This colt has great conformation 14.3 hands. at 23 months old. We expect Hollywood to reach 15.1 at maturity. He is naturally well muscled and doesn't need any grain to stay that way. He is very quiet and calm and has a laid back attitude about everything. Hollywood has is being started the way a horse should be...slow and correct. While we won't rush things along with this boy he shows great promise, tries hard and is a very quick learner!
Hollywood will not stand to any outside mares this season. We are currently in the process of testing him for GBED, HERDA, and OLWS. In addition we will be testing him and vaccinating for EVA before he goes off for training.
